BLENDING UNIT

Inline Blending system is a high throughput production method based on real-time measuring of liquid components. All components are mixed at the blend header and transferred to storage tanks, vehicles or filling areas. The mixing technology eliminates the need for bulk storage tanks and speeds up the rate of production, minimizing inventory, reducing capital cost and making on-spec finished products ready to filling or shipment. In a blending system, instrumentation and mechanical components work together to blend ingredients dynamically and accurately to user-defined ratios and production rates.

SYSTEM DESIGN

ATR Petrochemical & Machinery has the design and fabrication abilities that blending systems meet exacting custody transfer accuracy standards. Our preference is to complete as much of the build off-site as possible by delivering a skid based solution. This philosophy has many advantages include; The system can be piped, cabled and flow tested in advance of delivery. Minimizes site assembly and start-up time Large skids can be built in modular form to allow road transportation Makes the project cheaper, safer and more convenient.

INSTRUMENTATION

Each blending system is engineered to suit the users' current and future blending requirements, from design to selection of flow meter, control valve, instruments and controller. This approach ensures that the system we deliver meets the requirements of the project – not the blending limitations of a specific equipment manufacturer. If the blending system is used for custody transfer, prover can be added in order to prove meters.
